American Watercolor Society Traveling Exhibition
March 3rd - April 12th Opening Reception Friday March 7th, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Artists from 17 countries submitted 1346 entries for the Annual International competition of the American Watercolor Society in Spring of 2007. Ninety-six paintings were selected and debuted in April at the Salmagundi Club in New York City. Of these ninety-six, forty were chosen to participate in the traveling exhibition which visits only seven locations in the United States. ArtCenter Manatee in downtown Bradenton has the honor of being the only Florida site for this breathtaking show. Sponsored by The Knight Foundation and Superior Bank.
